DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated October 21, 2019. Motion by the appellant pro se to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for the assignment of counsel. Separate motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion, inter alia, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to extend the time to perfect the appeal is denied as unnecessary as the time to perfect the appeal does not expire until September 9, 2020 (see ADM 2020-0707).
