Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered January 30, 2001, which was dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 15, 2007, as amended August 27, 2007. Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of deprivation of appellate counsel, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 15, 2007, as amended August 27, 2007, which was determined by a decision and order of this Court dated December 18, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
