Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 27, 2018, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated December 2, 2019.

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 5, 2020, in the above-entitled case, is amended by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 6, 2020" and substituting therefor the date "July 21, 2020" and by deleting the words "through the digital portal on this Court's website" and substituting therefor the words "via NYSCEF."
