DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered December 19, 2018, and five orders of the same court dated July 23, 2018, September 19, 2018, September 21, 2018, September 26, 2018, and December 19, 2018, respectively. Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to prosecute the appeals as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel. By order to show cause dated March 17, 2020, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why the appeals from the orders should not be dismissed on the ground that the orders were neither appealable as of right nor by permission, the appellant was granted poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to the appeal from the judgment, and the branches of the motion which were for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel as to the orders were held in abeyance in the interim.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the appellant's motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals from the orders is granted and the appeals from the orders are dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPL 450.10, 450.15); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branches of the appellant's motion which are for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel as to the orders are denied as academic.
