Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated March 19, 2019, and September 4, 2019, respectively, and a judgment of the same court entered September 19, 2019. Motion by the respondents to seal all papers filed in connection with the appeals. Separate motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated March 19, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the respondents' motion is granted to the extent that the appellant shall file a separate volume or volumes of the record or appendix containing any papers that are deemed confidential pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.1(e)(2)(ii), Domestic Relations Law § 235, and CPLR 105(p), and those volume or volumes of the record or appendix may not be viewed by the public, but may be viewed by the parties to the appeal, counsel appearing on their behalf, or representatives of counsel, authorized in writing to view the confidential material; the remaining material filed in connection with the appeals shall be filed in a volume or volumes of the record or appendix which shall not be marked confidential; and the respondents' motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's motion is granted, the time to perfect the appeal from the order March 19, 2019, is extended, and on or before September 14, 2020, the appellant shall serve the record or appendix and the appellant's brief and upload digital copies of the record or appendix and the appellant's brief, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of the record or appendix and the appellant's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
