DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Guy Mullin, Appellant.

Motion by appellant to compel the New York City Criminal Court to file a return with the Appellate Term, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered February 15, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to compel the return is denied as moot, as the return was filed with the court on March 12, 2020; and it is further

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is denied as unnecessary. By order of the Presiding Justice of the Appellate Division, Second Department dated March 18, 2020, all Appellate Term deadlines are suspended until further order of the court.
