Motion by John R. Lewis, Esq., counsel assigned to represent appellant, on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of North Castle, Westchester County, rendered February 26, 2019, to be relieved of representing appellant on the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to renew with proof of service of the motion upon defendant at his last known address pursuant to the records of the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles at which his automobile is registered.
