In the Matter of William E. Baroni, a suspended attorney:

(admitted as William Edward Baroni Jr.) Respondent's motion is granted and the order of this Court entered on June 13, 2017 (M-220), and the Opinion Per Curiam issued therewith, are recalled and vacated, and respondent is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York. Respondent is directed to immediately register with, and pay to, the Office of Court Administration any applicable registration fees in compliance with Judiciary Law § 468-a. No opinion. All concur.
