Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 13, 2019, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 2, 2020, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order entered upon the default of the appealing party, and from an order of the same court dated May 9, 2019. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, in effect, to vacate the decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 2, 2020, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
