Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated September 10, 2019. Motion by the plaintiff/counterclaim defendant-appellant pro se to extend the time to perfect the appeal and to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is denied as unnecessary as the time to perfect the appeal does not expire until September 9, 2020 (see ADM 2020-0707); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) is granted.
