DJS Medical Supplies, as Assignee of Tatyana Korchak, Respondent, v Utica Mutual Insurance Company, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered July 20, 2018, and to continue a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated March 21 2019, and extended by decision and order on motion of this court dated July 8, 2019 and again on November 18, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that appellant's motion is granted on condition that appellant perfect the appeal on or before July 13, 2020, by filing a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service, onto the court's digital portal, Records, Briefs & Motions Drop Off, found on the court's website at:

https://nycourts.sharepoint.com/sites/AT2-DCS/SitePages/Home.aspx.

Upon the full re-opening of the court, the parties will be directed to file hard copies of such briefs with the court; and it is further,

ORDERED that in the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
