The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Timothy Burden, Appellant.

Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Port Jefferson, Suffolk County, rendered November 12, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that appellant's motion to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the appeal shall be perfected on or before July 20, 2020, by filing a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service, onto the court's digital portal, Records, Briefs & Motions Drop Off, found on the court's website at:
