DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Yesica Reyes, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for an extension of time to perfect on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Suffolk County, Traffic and Parking Violations Agency District, rendered May 9, 2019. Separate motion by the People to file late opposition to the motion.

Upon the papers filed in support of the respective motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are consolidated for disposition herein; and it is further

ORDERED that appellant's motion for an enlargement of time to serve and file opposition papers is granted and the opposition papers are deemed timely served and filed; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the appeal shall be perfected on or before July 20, 2020, by filing a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service, onto the court's digital portal, Records, Briefs & Motions Drop Off, found on the court's website at:

https://nycourts.sharepoint.com/sites/AT2-DCS/SitePages/Home.aspx.

Upon the full re-opening of the court, the parties will be directed to file hard copies of such briefs with the court.
