Motion by appellant to consolidate the above-captioned appeals from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 21, 2019, or, in the alternative, to permit appellant to perfect the appeals on a single brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that appellant may serve and file an original and five copies of a single appellant's brief bearing all three appeal numbers and there shall be oral argument, if requested, on all of the appeals at the same time; and it is further,

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's time to perfect the appeals is enlarged to September 4, 2020 by filing a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service, onto the court's digital portal, Records, Briefs & Motions Drop Off, found on the court's website at:

https://nycourts.sharepoint.com/sites/AT2-DCS/SitePages/Home.aspx.

Upon the full re-opening of the court, the parties will be directed to file hard copies of such briefs with the court.

ORDERED that in the event the appeals are not perfected by September 4, 2020, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeals, or respondent may move to dismiss the appeals, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
