DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 18, 2012. Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, for summary reversal, to seal the record, and for poor person relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to seal the record is denied as unnecessary to the extent that all submissions filed in this appeal are deemed to be confidential (see 22 NYCRR 1250.1[e][i],[ii]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
