Motion by respondent for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Mount Kisco, Westchester County, entered April 9, 2018, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated January 30, 2020, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from this court's decision and order.
