DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant, in effect, to continue a stay of all proceedings, including trial, pending the determination of on an appeal from orders of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered May 9, 2019 and September 11, 2019, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the appeals be perfected on or before September 4, 2020, and upon the further condition that within 20 days from the date of this decision and order on motion appellant deposit into respondent's attorney's escrow account all arrears and rent from February 2020 at the rate of $1,032.49 and continue to deposit rent into such account at a like rate as it becomes due; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event that any of the above conditions are not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal shall be perfected by filing a digital copy of the brief, with proof of service, onto the court's digital portal, Records, Briefs & Motions Drop Off, found on the court's website at:
https://nycourts.sharepoint.com/sites/AT2-DCS/SitePages/Home.aspx.
Upon the full re-opening of the court, appellant will be directed to file hard copies of the brief with the court.
