DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant for a stay of enforcement of a final judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered October 30, 2018, pending the determination of an appeal therefrom, and, in effect, for summary reversal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the appeal and the motion are held in abeyance pending the substitution of Brooklyn Housing Preservation, LP, the new landlord of the premises, as the respondent on the appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to substitute shall be made by filing a digital copy of the motion papers, with proof of service, on to the court's digital portal, Records, Briefs & Motions Drop Off, found on the court's website at: https://nycourts.sharepoint.com/sites/AT2-DCS/SitePages/Home.aspx. Upon the full re-opening of the court, Brooklyn Housing Preservation, LP will be directed to file a hard copy of the motion papers with the court.
