Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered March 25, 2015. Motion by the appellant pro se for leave to serve and file an appendix to her supplemental brief and to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcripts of certain proceedings.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file an appendix to the pro se supplemental brief is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the judgment roll to include the transcripts of certain proceedings is denied as unnecessary as the subject transcripts are already part of the record.
