Appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Rockland County, rendered November 15, 2005, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated April 7, 2009. Motion by the appellant pro se, in effect, for leave to reargue and renew the appeal and his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, the decision and order dated April 7, 2009. The prior application was determined by a decision and order of this Court dated July 15, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
