ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeals from an order and a decision of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both entered December 12, 2018, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered November 21, 2019. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 4, 2020, the appellants were directed to serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment, correct the covers of the record, the appellants' brief, and the appellants' reply brief filed with the Clerk of the Court in connection with the appeals from the order and the decision to add Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-00988 and file a digital replacement record and digital replacement briefs that contain the corrected covers. The appellants have failed to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 4, 2020.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties to the appeals are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the appellants failed to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 4, 2020, by uploading a digital copy of an affirmation or an affidavit, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, on or before August 28, 2020; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court, or her designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties to the appeals via email to the email address provided to this Court, or, if no email address is available for service, by regular mail.
