| ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE |
Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 31, 2018. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 7, 2020, the branch of a motion by the respondent which was to dismiss the appeal was denied on condition that on or before February 7, 2020, the appellant serve and file a supplemental record containing the affidavit of Mymamar Colon, dated October 25, 2017, with annexed exhibits. The appellant has failed to serve and file a supplement record.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties to the appeal are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the appellant failed to serve and file a supplemental record containing the affidavit of Mymamar Colon, dated October 25, 2017, with annexed exhibits, by uploading a digital copy of an affirmation or an affidavit, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, on or before August 28, 2020; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court, or her designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties to the appeal via email to the email address provided to this Court, or, if no email address is available for service, by regular mail.
