Appeal by Gina Insigne from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 22, 2019, in the above-entitled action.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the parties are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that no order dated April 22, 2019, was issued in the above-entitled action, and Gina Insigne is not aggrieved by any order issued in the above-entitled action (see CPLR 5511), by uploading a digital copy of an affirmation or an affidavit, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, on or before August 28, 2020; if Christopher Minix be so advised, Christopher Minix may make a motion, by uploading a digital copy of the motion, with proof of service thereof through the digital portal on this Court's website, on or before August 28, 2020, for any relief deemed appropriate with respect to this notice of appeal; and it is further,
