ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated May 24, 2018, and a judgment of the same court entered December 2, 2019. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 11, 2020, the appellant was directed to submit corrected covers for the copies of the record, the appellant's brief, and the appellant's reply brief on file with the Clerk of this Court, which contain Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-14400 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2018-12144, efile copies of the corrected record, corrected appellant's brief, and corrected appellant's reply brief, and serve and efile a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment. The appellant has failed to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 11, 2020.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the parties to the appeals are directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the appellant failed to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 11, 2020, by electronically filing, via NYSCEF, an affirmation or an affidavit, on or before August 28, 2020; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court, or her designee, shall serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties to the appeals by uploading a copy of this order to the NYSCEF system.
