DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Dorian Lelaj, Appellant.

Motion by appellant to enlarge the time to perfect on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered December 6, 2016, and to consolidate with an appeal under Appellate Term docket number 2020-60.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the appeal shall be perfected on or before August 28, 2020; and it is further

ORDERED that the motion to consolidate the appeal with an appeal under docket number 2020-60 is denied as moot, inasmuch as the motion for leave to appeal under that docket number was denied by Decision & Order on Application dated May 15, 2020.
