ORDERED that appellant's motion is granted and appellant is granted leave to serve and file a supplemental brief within 21 days of the date of this decision and order on motion solely to address the impact of People v Wheeler (34 NY3d 1134 [2020]), if any, on the instant appeal. Respondent may serve and file a supplemental respondent's brief, limited to the same subject matter, within 14 days after the service upon them of appellant's supplemental brief.
