ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 20, 2020, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:

Appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated July 31,2019, and November 13, 2019, respectively. Motion by the respondent pro se for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
