An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 4, 2019, and a subsequent judgment, same Court, entered on or about October 23, 2019, And defendants-respondents having moved for an order granting leave to file a supplemental record on appeal consisting of the memorandum of law submitted to the motion court, and a sealed supplemental record on appeal consisting of unredacted photographs submitted to the motion court for its in camera review, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting defendants-respondents to file a sealed supplemental

record on appeal consisting of unredacted photographs submitted to the motion court in camera, and is otherwise denied. ENTERED: July 30, 2020
