It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken by Emily Rose Whipple is dismissed without prejudice to a motion to vacate the dismissal of the appeals (see 22 NYCRR 1250.10 [c]), and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken by Nicholas Joseph LeClair is dismissed.
