The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v John DeRaffele, Appellant.

Motion by appellant on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the City Court of New Rochelle, Westchester County, rendered September 7, 2017, to compel the remittance of certain fines as directed in a decision and order of this court dated December 12, 2019, and for the imposition of sanctions.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking to compel the remittance of fines is denied as moot; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion seeking the imposition of sanctions is denied.
