Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered May 18, 2020. Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of the order, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that enforcement of so much of the order as directed the appellant Anthony Sonia to relinquish a certain cell phone account and e-mail account to the respondent is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and the motion is otherwise denied.
