DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Alexis G., and separate appeal by Kujo G., from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 30, 2019. Motion by the respondent-appellant Kujo G., in effect, to deem the notice of appeal filed by Kujo G. to be a notice of appeal from an order dated October 31, 2019, and to be provided with the transcript of proceedings concerning the order dated October 31, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the notice of appeal filed by Alexis G. is deemed to be a notice of appeal from an order dated October 31, 2019 (see CPLR 5512); and it is further,

ORDERED that the stenographer(s) and/or the transcription service(s) is/are required promptly to make and certify two transcripts of the proceedings concerning the order dated October 31, 2019, if any, except for those minutes previously transcribed and certified; in the case of stenographers, both transcripts shall be filed with the clerk of the Family Court, and the clerk of the Family Court shall furnish one of such certified transcripts to assigned counsel for the respondent-appellant Kujo G., Mark Diamond, Box 287356, Yorkville Station, NY 10128, 917-660-8758, one transcript shall be filed with the clerk of the Family Court and one transcript shall be delivered to assigned counsel. Assigned counsel for the respondent-appellant Kujo G. is directed to provide copies of said transcripts to all of the other parties to the appeals, including the attorney for the child, if any, when assigned counsel serves a brief upon those parties; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appeal by Kujo G. in the above-entitled proceeding shall be perfected within 60 days after the receipt by the appellant by Kujo G. of the additional transcripts of the minutes of the proceedings in the Family Court, and the appellant Kujo G. shall notify this Court by letter of the date the transcripts are received; and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel for the respondent-appellant Kujo G. is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the clerk of the court from which the appeals are taken.
