Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated March 11, 2020. Renewed motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enjoin the Nassau County Department of Social Services, Support Collection Unit, from taking steps to suspend his license to practice law and his driver's license, and garnish his wages, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and to direct it to immediately certify that there are no impediments to reissuing his passport.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
