DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 8, 2020. Motion by the respondent-appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of the order dated July 8, 2020, and release the subject child Noah J. to his care and custody, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, for poor person relief, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
