Appeal by Reginald L. Sintyago from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 30, 2020. Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of the order dated June 30, 2020, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order dated June 30, 2020, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for the assignment of counsel is denied as unnecessary in light of the order on certification of this Court dated July 17, 2020.
