| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Appeal and cross appeal from a resentence of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 19, 2019. Application by the appellant-respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(b) to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended until August 26, 2020; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent-appellant shall serve and file an answering brief, including his points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][1][iv]), on or before October 26, 2020; and it is further,
