An order having been entered on October 9, 2019, granting appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Pamela Thibodeau, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Yvonne Vertlieb, Esq., dated July 13, 2020, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that Amber Poulos, Esq., 41 Autumnview Road, Williamsville, New York 14221, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Erie County, entered June 28, 2019, in place and stead of Pamela Thibodeau, Esq., and
It is further ORDERED that the Erie County Family Court Clerk provide Amber Poulos, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and
It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to October 5, 2020, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
