DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered May 17, 2019, and November 20, 2019, respectively. Motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals, to deem the record and briefs filed in connection with the appeal from the order entered May 17, 2019, to also be filed in connection with the appeal from the order entered November 20, 2019, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the order entered November 20, 2019. Cross motion by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before September 11, 2020, the appellant file, via NYSCEF, replacement copies of the record and the appellant's brief that contain corrected covers with Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-02008 in addition to Appellate Division Docket No. 2019-07884, submit corrected covers for the copies of the record and the appellant's brief that were filed with the Clerk of this Court, and serve and file, via NYSCEF, a supplemental record containing the order entered November 20, 2019, and the notice of appeal from the order entered November 20, 2019, and the appellant shall file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file, via NYSCEF, the respondent's brief on or before October 13, 2020, and file an original and five hard copies of the respondent's brief in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court.
