Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 9, 2019. Motion by the defendant third-party plaintiff-respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by the defendants-respondents to extend the time to serve and file a brief. Separate motion by the appellants Parker Waichman, LLP and Jerrod Parker to compel the defendants-respondents to share equally the cost of producing the record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions by the defendant third-party plaintiff-respondent and the defendants-respondents are granted, those respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is extended, and on or before October 13, 2020, those respondents shall serve their respective briefs and upload a digital copy of their respective briefs, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and file an original and five hard copies of their respective briefs in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the appellants Parker Waichman, LLP and Jerrord Parker is denied.
