ORDERED that the motion for a stay pending appeal is referred to Justice Pritzker, who makes the following decision: Motion granted, without costs, to the extent that the proceedings pursuant to Family Ct Act article 10 against Donald QQ. and Stephanie RR., commenced by Clinton County Department of Social Services in compliance with the order of Family Court, Clinton County, entered July 28, 2020, are stayed pending determination of the appeal taken from such order. It is further

ORDERED that the appeal is set down for the November 2020 term of this Court. The appellant's brief shall be filed and served on or before September 2, 2020. The respondents' briefs shall be filed and served on or before October 2, 2020. The appellant's reply brief, if any, shall be filed and served on or before October 14, 2020.
