Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated May 11, 2020. Motion by Town Board of the Town of Clarkstown for leave to appeal to this Court from the order May 11, 2020, or, in the alternative, to direct that all discovery in the above-entitled matter be completed within 60 days.
