Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated November 15, 2017. Application by Thomas Toner, as executor of the estate of Margaret Toner, to be substituted for the deceased appellant Margaret Toner, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Thomas Toner, as executor of the estate of Margaret Toner, is substituted for the deceased appellant Margaret Toner, and the caption is amended accordingly.
