Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 30, 2017. Motion by the appellant, in effect, for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, in effect, to stay his eviction from the subject premises, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 18, 2020, and for en banc hearing by the entire bench.
