Appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated May 12, 2020. Motion by the appellants, inter alia, to enjoin the respondent Dragon Springs Buddhist, Inc., from constructing a driveway at the subject premises, without the approval of the Town of Deerpark Planning Board, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
