Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from three judgments of the Supreme Court, Kings County, all rendered April 15, 2016, with an appeal from an order of the same court dated April 23, 2020, and for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to the appeal from the order.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic in light of the decision and order on application of this Court decided herewith denying the application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated April 23, 2020.
