Appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Orange County, both rendered January 7, 2019.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 23, 2019, which granted the appellant poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to the appeal from the judgment under Indictment. No. 2018-00231 is amended to reflect that the appellant also is granted poor person relief and the assignment of counsel with respect to the appeal from the judgment under Indictment. No. 2018-00511S.
