Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 8, 2020. Motion by Michael Damien Seymour for leave to appeal from the order dated July 8, 2020, and to stay enforcement of so much of the order as allows the respondent to relocate with the subject child and enroll the subject child in school in the new location, and to remand the subject child to his care and custody, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeal purportedly taken as of right is dismissed, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied as academic.
