| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated March 11, 2020. Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of the order dated March 11, 2020, to stay the plaintiff-respondent, or anyone acting on its behalf, from taking any action to interfere with the appellants' quiet use and enjoyment of the subject real property or to remove or oust them from the subject real property, and to stay the plaintiff-respondent, or anyone acting on its behalf, from taking any action to impede pedestrian or vehicle traffic entering or leaving the subject real property.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and enforcement of the order dated March 11, 2020, is stayed, and the plaintiff-respondent, or anyone acting on its behalf, are stayed from taking any action to interfere with the appellants' quiet use and enjoyment of the subject real property or to remove or oust them from the subject real property, and from taking any action to impede pedestrian or vehicle traffic entering or leaving the subject real property, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
