| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both entered November 14, 2018, and an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered December 27, 2019. Motion by the appellant to stay the sale of the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of the appeals, to consolidate the appeals, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to consolidate the appeals and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment are granted, the record and the briefs filed in connection with the appeals from the orders are also deemed to be filed in connection with the appeal from the order and judgment, on or before September 18, 2020, the parties shall upload digital copies of the record and the briefs through the digital portal on this Court's website that contain covers which include Appellate Division Docket No. 2020-01621 in addition to Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2019-01389 and 2019-01390, and submit corrected covers for the copies of the record and briefs filed with the Clerk of the Court, on or before September 18, 2020, the appellant shall serve a supplemental record containing the order and judgment and the notice of appeal from the order and judgment and upload a digital copy of the supplemental record, with proof of service thereof, through the digital portal on this Court's website, and the appellant file an original and five hard copies of the supplemental record in accordance with any applicable administrative order or other order to be issued by the Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
