(admitted as Lara Chandana Bakshi) The Committee's motion is granted and, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1240.14(b), respondent, as a condition of the stay of the disciplinary investigation, is directed to enroll in and successfully complete the Lawyer's Assistance Program for an additional year, and respondent's LAP monitor is to submit a report to the Committee every six months during that one year period. No opinion. All concur.
